Here’s Hannah and Olivia after one of our long trail rides. It was the beginning of teaching them how to take personal responsibility of their own horses and equipment. As a parent, the process of teaching and training often feels heavy. We wonder if we are doing it right, but the best season to start is when they are young. Don’t forget, though, to have a little fun along the journey! I’m grateful!
