At 9 years of age, I dreamed of having my own horse, but could not afford to own one. I used my $8 to purchase a horse grooming kit, instead. I was actually 35 years of age before I got my horse! Diamond taught our entire family how to ride. I still have her and she turned 30 years old this month! She’s retired now, spending her time relaxing in the pasture. Though some dreams take a while, I’m still grateful!
