I recognize I’m not the best at everything, but I must always give my best effort. Here I am attempting to connect to the hearts and lives of a west African village, before I preach the Gospel to them that evening. They expected me to be a lofty and perhaps arrogant westerner (or American), but plowing behind this ox was exactly what was needed to communicate my heart, long before I spoke the first word. People don’t care how much you know, until they know how much you care!
