In 2006, after Dad had retired, my oldest brother and I took him on a quail hunt in south Georgia. It’s something we had done many times together growing up. We had no idea it would be our last hunt together as men, sharing something we all loved. Our father-son relationship would only last for a season, but it’s a season that has greatly defined who I am today and one that I treasure deeply. I’m grateful!
